Joseph Magni

Founder & Owner

After serving more than 20 years in the United States Army—including 16 years in the elite 75th Ranger Regiment—Joseph Magni built Capital City Housekeeping around the same principles that defined his military career: discipline, accountability, integrity, and relentless attention to detail.

Throughout his career, Joseph led organizations ranging from small teams to more than 1,500 personnel, developing systems, training leaders, and managing complex operations where consistency and trust were essential.

Today, he brings that same leadership philosophy to every customer experience.

His mission is simple:
